Ingredients: Chamomile imported from Germany, Dong Ding Oolong tea from Nantou, Taiwan.

Chamomile is grown in the the high mountains of Nan-Tou, Taiwan. Roasted under a moderate temperature with rich, smoky longan charcoal for 16 hours, the roasting process develops a delicate floral fragrance with a hint of sweet red crisp apple. This tea improves the quality of sleep and temporarily relieves discomfort caused by an upset stomach.

The Perfect Use:

Hot Drink:

1. Place the tea bag into a cup. If using loose leaves, add 1 tbsp of loose tea leaves in a stainless steel tea strainer into a cup.
2. Add 200°F of boiling purified water and allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking.
3. The longer you steep it, the more flavorful it will be!

Serving Tips:

• If additional sweetness is desired, add sugar or honey and stir thoroughly.

Cold Drink:

1. Place the tea bag or our recommended serving size of 1 tbsp of loose tea leaves into our Emperor Love Glass Bottle.
2. 5 Fill with boiling purified water and let the bottle sit in the fridge overnight for 6-8 hours before drinking.

Serving Tips:

• For extra flavor, infuse tea with herbs or fruit such as fruit slices, peppermint, or lemon basil.
• For a light creamy taste, add almond, soy, or coconut milk.
